· In-depthKnowledge and Experience in the US Health Care Payer System.
· 4-6yrs of claimadjudication

· Experiencein MIS reporting for providing periodic reports to all relevantstakeholders.
· Musthave experience on SLA reporting and tracking.
· Musthave experience/knowledge on commercial priority groups and EDI groups.
· Coordinatewith IT team on the EDI fallouts.
· Mustworked on project coordination on membership process.
· Maintainingand Ownership of reports both internal as well as for the clients.
· Presentingthe data and provide deep insights about the process to the Clients as well asInternal Management.
· Adheringto various regulatory and compliance practices.
· Managingand coordinating training programs.
· Abilityto coach and providing feedback to the team.
KeyPerformance Indicators
· Ensuringthat the key Service Level Agreements are met consistently without anyexceptions.
· Workin tandem with all Business functions to ensure smooth business process.
· Retentionof key team members.
Qualification& Experience
Critical: Any Degree(Pass)
· Graduation is a must in any stream of Education.
